Hi Joanne,
I looked at your cake blog back in April. As I told you I haven't decorated cakes in many years. Well I was so inspired by your fondant cakes I just had to take a class in fondant. Small world, I work with a girl that teaches the fondant class at Michael's. I started last week. Love it! I always enjoyed cake decorating as a little side job. With the fondant I just might start again.
Thanks for the inspiration.
Hugs,
Mo :-)

Your cakes are spectacular! How long does a cake take? I usually spend one afternoon or evening baking mine and then at least 4 to 5 hours on decorating. I have always just made them for friends and family.
