Those cakes are absolutely fabulous. I haven't done anything of this magnitude. I mostly decorate with buttercream frosting because that's what I learned with. I've yet to do anything with fondant. I know it's "in", but I've sooooo wanted to learn how to do "piping" cake decorating so that's all I know right now.
